This ensure a natural, pure product with the highest level of safety, quality, and hygiene throughout the production process. With a moisture content of less than 12 %, our Taro Flour has a shelf life of up to 2 years. Per 100 grams, our Taro Starch contains 5% protein, 0% fat, 15% fiber, 26% carbohydrates, 356 calories, 0% sugar, 0% gluten, and 1% sodium.
